Vacation Time Needs As we come into the summer, more and more of us are leaving the area for vacations and trips to visit families and friends. But remember, just like your bills at home, the needs of the church continue to go on. Some will make up giving when they return, some may forget. But the need is current.
Remember, your church family is involved in ministry every day, shining the light of Jesus in the world...and we need to keep the lights on here, too. So please remember to invest in what God is doing here...even when you’re not. And hurry back because we’ll miss you. |

Attention: EOBC & Boy Scouts to Partner for “special needs” troop. EOBC members Richard & Kimberly Drenning are in the process of forming a new Boy Scout Troop designed just for local boys with special needs, and EOBC will play the role of host and sponsor. Boy Scouting, for boys ages 11-17, is a program designed to develop character, citizenship and fitness in our youth. With the Scout Oath and Law as a guide, Scouting helps a boy develop into a well rounded young man with an appreciation for God and country. Anyone who has participated in Scouting as a youth or adult, has experience working with “special needs” youth or just enjoys camping and outdoor activity please contact Kimberly Drenning at 407-657-0968 or drenning5@netscape.net. Kimberly would also like to hear from parents with youth interested in joining this exciting new Troop.
